Ferdoos Abed Rabo Al-Issa holds a Ph.D. in Mental Health and counseling from Ain Shams University in Egypt. She holds two master’s degrees. One is in community mental health, which she received from Al-Quds University, and another MA in disability counseling received from Flinders University in Australia. Her BA is in Social Work, received from Bethlehem University. Dr. Ferdoos served as chairperson of the Social Science department at Bethlehem university. Recently, Dr. Alissa is working as Assistant Professor at Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Qatar. She is on the editorial board of Bethlehem University Journal.
