Pothiti Hantzaroula is Associate Professor of Historical Anthropology at the Department of Social Anthropology and History at the University of the Aegean (Mytilene, Greece). Her publications include Child Survivors of the Holocaust in Greece: Memory, Testimony and Subjectivity (Routhledge 2020) and Σμιλεύοντας την υποταγή: οι έμμισθες οικιακές εργάτριες στην Ελλάδα το πρώτο μισό του εικοστού αιώνα [Sculpting subordination: Domestic workers in Greece at the first half of the twentieth century] (Athens: Papazisis, 2012), which use oral history methodology. She is a founding member of the Association of Oral History in Greece and served as member in its Council.
